Briefing
Great projects start with simple dialogue. We believe the key to success is first to listen, then to analyse and unveil different tasks of the design. By doing so, we are able to determine whether the task itself is properly defined and together with our client, we refine it if necessary.
Conception
Based on that initial briefing, we revaluate all elements that define the project, which might improve it both in conception as well as in financial impact. While designing the most comprehensive solution, alternatives are necessary to question and provide reassurance to the final result.
Production

We provide preliminary estimates, complete control of finances throughout the project, we make sure all costs are comprehensively anticipated, assessed and reported. We work in close partnership with quantities surveyors and economists depending on the scale of the project.
