Our team

The agency is headed by Juan-Luis Briceño, a Venezuelan-Finnish architect and urbanist, an university graduate from Venezuelan University, a master’s degree in architecture from the Helsinki university of Technology, a second master’s degree in urbanism from the Special School of Architecture in Paris and a third master on Real State Management form the ESSEC Business School and the university of Poitiers.

After 21 years of professional experience at the head of his own agency SBBA Ltd in Helsinki, Juan-Luis Briceño spent 4 years as Director of the Architecture Department of a French-British company based in Paris and specialized in commercial and tertiary architecture, allowing him to make himself known to the French market.

Juan-Luis Briceño is naturally polyglot (French, English, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish), with a wealth of experience and expertise, both in design and execution and in the management of tailor-made projects for an international clientele.

He’s   surrounded by a multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers and project managers, as well as external consultants and engineers, in order to meet the needs of multiple and demanding clients on a case-by-case basis. Concerned with the details, he has crossed over between the various trades of construction and urbanism a specialty of the agency, and this being at all scales of projects.

We also work stable and long term “partnerships” with other design and / or architecture companies, either in France or abroad, acting as a local architect, project manager or even acting as an intermediary between foreign companies and local customers. Allowing us to expand and adapt our operational capability, depending on the project, with teams with whom we work in a comfortable way.
